Does anyone have any insight on putting Jaguar independent rear suspension in a 1975 Jensen Healey? It's a big project, but I believe it would really improve handling and I just happen to have a Jaguar IRS lying around....

I have given some though to your request, and comment as follows: Check the absolute width from wheel mounting face to wheel mounting face and compare to your jh rear end.  That width will have to be pretty close.  The springs and shocks will have to be replaced to accomodate the lighter jh.  Probably most significant is, what rear-end ratio do you have now?  I would guess that the jag has a taller, possibly much taller ratio severly compromising its use with a 907.  Just a few thoughts.
