Anyone have a source for these bearings. They are 1 1/4 " x 9/16" x 7/16 angular contact ball bearings |

Are those the bearings that cause the pinion shaft to go wobbly? If so, if you find a source, please tell us where! But if you have a bearing number for them (usually printed on the side of the inner and outer races), look up the SKF catalog. -- Joachim |

They would be the ones. If yours is wobbly then re-shimming to take up the play may work. Mine has a completely seized bearing so I must find a replacement. So far I have a 1622 which is a larger OD and not angular contact however the thrust force is not huge in the pinion. If I can get a 1622 in angular contact I will ream the lower housing to fit. |
