Finally on the road and temp gauge does not work. some exploration found the green with blue stripe wire chewed to bits up under the carbs. (don't know how I missed this until now) But I cannot find the temp sending unit location on the block. Help !!!!!!!!! Probably stick out like a sore thumb once somebody points it out. Thanks PS and to make it worse I have a spare block in the shop and still cannot find the fool thing UPDATE Found it with help from Facebook group and yes it does stick out like a sore thumb on the back of the intake manifold once you know where to look.
