Is there an easy way to tell if my car has Lockheed or Girling brakes? Can it be determined by the year or were they installed haphazardly?
Thanks

Lockheed is later, someone will likely correct me but I believe that the MkIs had Girling and the MkIIs and JH5s had Lockheed. What is your VIN?

If the entry in the VIN database thread is the same car you're talking about, your VIN is 20102? 1975 JH5? Definitely Lockheed.
