Hello. I put a front spoiler on my JH5, really helped with cooling. It looked good, however, it was kind of big. Now i need something for my GT. Is anyone using something a little smaller, either aftermarket or home made? I guess i could buy a Club Store one and cut it down, but i am really just looking for something basic. Any pics would be very helpful. thanks george |

I made an aluminum 'extension' for the stock lower radiator opening which channels air into the radiator. It's not pretty but it really helps with the cooling, I painted it black so it wouldn't be so easy to see. I'll see if I can get a pic. |

Thanks. That's what I ended up doing as well, painted black too. It only sticks out about 4 inches, but is well secured under the front valance. i hope it helps. |

It should. It dropped my engine temps from ~205-210 on the highway to ~185-195. |

Hi Frank. I'll try to take a pic and send it. It was pretty straight forward. I cut a piece of metal about 8" by 36" and then mounted it under the front valence with the bolts holding on the oil cooler and the side supports for the valence. I sprayed it with undercoating. Looks good although I was so concerned about placement front to back, I got it off center side to side(!). oh well. |
