When installing a new clutch assembly, check the two pins that engage the throw out bearing for signs of wear on the front surface that rubs against the slot in the bearing. Using a chisel/punch/whatever, rotate the two pins about 90 degrees to essentially give you a new surface' If you have to loosen the pins, just tack weld them in the new position.
