Is there a rear end shop the SF bay area that speaks Vauxhall?
I would like to replace all the bearings.
Thanks in advance,
John

Hi John,
John at SF Differential in South San Francisco. He's from the UK and cut his teeth on this stuff - he's been doing this for about 50 years. I brought him the rear end off of my early '74 for inspection and for possible rebuild (I had purchased a car that hadn't run in 20+ years). He was going to suggest new bearings but upon inspection concluded that the old ones were fine. For about $140 (IIRC) he disassembled, inspected and reassembled with new seals. I definitely trust his judgement.
