The various Lotus Esprit and Elite/Eclat groups on yahoogroups has MANY MANY excellent reference articles available free for download if you join the group. There is a TurboEsprit list, a S1S2S3owners list (for S1, S2, and S3 Esprit owners). Each of these groups on yahoogroups has a files repository that has actual up to date technical reference information that is WAY newer, more up to date, and MUCH more comprehensive than the stuff found in the Jensen-Healey workshop manual. Most of the information available in those group files areas is kept up to date by Tim Engel who is one of the Lotus 907, 912, and 910 gurus.

Lotus continued building cars with the 9XX motor for 20 years after that last Jensen-Healey was made and because of that they continued to develop and update the engine and the technical specifications and procedures. Most of these updates and technical addendums actually apply to the 907 motors used in the Jensen-Healey. A good example of that is the information I posted in another thread here about the head gasket updates (again based on information from Tim Engel).

It is too bad a similar files repository is not available here for the JHPS folks to find.
