My car has some panel damage behind the LH rear wheel. There are a few small dents on the hood/bonnet. Some stains or blemishes in the paint, deep scratches, a tiny bit of rust here and there, paint is very old (though not original) and lifting in the gutter. In other words, I have chosen to get rid of it all and do a respray. Getting it ready for prepping and respray seems fairly straightforward. However, are there any things to lookout for when removing the stainless trims around the windscreen and below the side windows? Hope they are held by nuts accessible from inside? Any tips for dismantling or prepping in general gladly received. |
