Chris,

I recently embarked on this same project, unfortunately, I wasn't able to find an exact match.  What I ended-up doing was finding different 'universal' weather stripping extrusions off the shelf at Pep-Boys, AutoZone, Napa, et. al.

Not perfect, but a good start.  If you find an exact match, please let us all know.

Judson

You could try this company. They are in Australia but have never failed me yet when it comes to finding the correct rubbers. Sorry but i dont have a custom hard top to take a sample to them. http://www.spectrumrubber.com.au/contactus.htm
