Hey Greg,

What do you need to get your car moving? I am offering any part, nut, bolt, wire, Lucas smoke, or wine to get it on the road and I challenge other club members to do the same.

Let us know if there is anything you need and we'll take care of it. You have given to the Jensen community for years and I would like to help you get your car on the road.

I have some nice items that I would donate for the cause:

New steering gaiters,

Original hazard switch,

Nice tachometer,

Very nice tan passenger seat,

Anything else out of my pile-o-parts.

Come on folks, springtime is right around the corner!

Great idea Kurt.  Wish I had some spares just sitting around that I could offer.  Greg has given so much to all of us, it seems we owe him whatever we can give to get him on the road again.  Knowledge is not much to give since he know more than most of us about JHs already...... A list of needs would help....

John.

Your sentiments are much appreciated, thanks for thinking of me guys! Parts-wise, I really don't need much, maybe a good rear metal bumper, but that's about it.

What I really do need is time to sort it out and maybe someone to hit me with a stick once and a while and tell me to get busy.

Here's something that could benefit someone besides just me- one of those pesky 4 speed tranmission rubber gaitor things for the clutch fork that have been NLA for years. If anyone has an original version they can donate and send my way, I have a plan to get some made, but I need one in hand to use as a pattern.

I live close enough to come over and hit you with a stick. ;-)

Getting gaiters molded is a great idea!  Even a torn one might be usable for a pattern as long as it's complete.

I have a torn one that looks complete except for having the tear.  I'll send it if you think it will work.
