This weekend the 33rd Annual All British Field Meet was held at Portland International Raceway in Portland Or. The theme of this years event was 'Celebrating the Accomplishments of Donald Healey". There were some very interesting Healey cars at the show, including the 1953 Streamliner based on a Healey 100. This car set a record of 192.74 mph at Bonneville in 1954 with Donald Healey at the wheel. The car is returning to Bonneville this month to try and break it's previous record. I'm having problems inserting photos in this message, so here is a link to them in the gallery... http://jhppg.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=35951 There were seven Jensen Healeys in attendance. Here are four of them including my recently completed blue 74, and fellow JHPS club members Edward Davis and his Tangerine 74, and Spencer Mathews with his blue 74. Spencer just had his car painted and is still putting it back together. The very nice red 73 Mk 1 belongs to Philip Rogovoy. This is a large event, they are expecting around 800 British cars and morotcycles ! Featured mark this year is Land Rover. Last year there were about seven JH's in attendance. I will be there Saturday with my 74 mark 2. See you there. http://www.abfm-pdx.com/2010/index.htm Gary |

I love the pictures from last year. All the JH's have gas shocks. Have a good time. Kurt |
