 Greg, thanks for all the important precise information.  Were you in a plane or helicopter when you saw the car?  Maybe you were on MARTA/train and couldn't stop.

I too saw a JH for sale but I can't remember where or what bumpers it had ... it was also blue but more of a dark medium blue.  I think there was a Taco Bell and drug store across the street so every one should be able to find it if they're interested.
