So far, it seems no one is able to tell me how to reach this James Herring in North Carolina (USA)...and so far, no one seems to know him. Nonetheless...here is a copy of the back cover of the magazine showing this beautiful dash.... Hopefully I can find out to reach him and even might be able to get drawings, or dimensions or instructions as to how to duplicate this beauty.... Regards to all, Frank Schwartz mfsjr2@comcast.net
