I think you should start by looking at a repair manual / parts manual and owners manual. Once you have that down go to the picture page and check out all the JH's, you would be surprised on all the detailed pict's there.

The fuel line goes to a tee between the carbs. (no return)

A vacuum line comes off the back of the inlet manifold to the brake booster, another comes off the middle of the manifold to the distributor and heater core valve,  if it hasn't already been plugged off, the down side of the carbs there is one each (on top) that tee together and run to the carbon canister.

As for wiring, that can be a bag of snakes, but if you have a wiring diagram (there on line) it's not all that difficult to work out.

These cars are pretty basic, a little patience and perseverance (plus dumb luck helps) and you should have a nice little toy.
