 Hi,

I've got a Jensen Healey I'm trying to race and the rear end is welded. I like it fine so far, but, if you do indeed have machined spool bits in your differential I might like to buy them off of you.  There is no difference in how the car drives, welded or spool, both allow no differential wheel turning.

However, if I had a spool I could remove it when I wanted an open diff, and put it back in when I wanted the locked action.

Has he looked at it yet to verify that it is really a spool and not simply welded spider gears?
