 If you mean the interior door handle, the screw for which is located behind the armrest (which must come out to install this handle), I believe that it is either 3/16"  or 1/4" UNF.

FYI all of the threads on the JH are standard, of which most are UNF, the exception being the Lotus engine, which is all metric.
