Call it insurance or a back up. When I got my J/H it had no fusebox just a hole in the firewall where it used to be and a knot of wires and in line fuses stuffed into the hole. After the original w/h melted down I traced the lighter down to one of the in line fuses and found the PO had used a 20 amp US fuse!
