Sorry, late again to these new threads:
the standard way for the allen bolts was : if you could not remove the bolt via normal torquing, was tl get some vise grips and tighten down on the outer flange of the big washer behind. Then, torquing on the bolt(hoping you haven't rounded it yet) along with torquing on the vise grips WILL get it to turn. Even if the allen bolt has been rounded, more torque(extension bar) will loosen that up
