 Hi Noomg,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, prior to driving the JH< the oldest car I had driven was probably a 1985 something or other. I did not have a chance to check the brake servo, I plan to pick up the car later this week. I'll probably take a quick look, or longer, before I drive off, but is it accurate the servo needs vacuum? If so, I'll bring some hose to try and make a connection, if I can find a vacuum port on the engine. Is a hard pedal a sign of a bum servo?
