OK - It’s been a crazy couple days here with over 18” of rain falling since early Wednesday morning. Aside from a flooded car and other water related issues I did have time to work on the outrigger bushings install.
After chamfering the opening with the dremel, using lots of lubricant I was finally able to press one in with stubborn edges being jammed into the opening with a large flat screwdriver and then pressing the crush tube into place.
I think I have it now and hope to get the final one in over the next day or two. After that the crossmember will be rehung.
