Sounds like you've pinpointed the problem which started when you installed the Grosse jets. The next logical step would seem to be replacing them with OEM units. You won't be losing anything there's no performance between the two and probably most guys with Zeniths are still running with the OEM units.
While I like Grosse jets I wouldn't hesitate to replace them if that solved a problem.
