 JH12947,

I've heard this complaint before which I find puzzling. Can you hear the clicking over the sound of the motor or is it just those few seconds from the time you key the ignition until the motor fires?

I've got two different cars with to different electric "clicker" pumps and once the motor starts I can't hear either one.
