 I looked into aluminum radiators a while back and made up a drawing for a drop-in replacement. Ron Davis and Griffin were up for it. Afco couldn't do the necessary dimensions. Fluidyne shut down their custom shop.

As I recall I was looking at over $700 for a custom with all the features I wanted. Haven't ruled it out but it moved way down the priority list. I'll probably end up going with a U.S. Radiator re-core on mine.
