Given how long the car has been sitting, I would definitely replace the cam drive belt. Even if it looks OK, I would worry about failure due to aging. Cheap insurance against a major expense.

I would also replace, or at least carefully check, the other rubber bits around the engine: fuel lines, water hoses, oil hoses to the oil cooler and engine mounts. Not quite as critical, but could keep you from having getting stuck and having to get a tow home.
