something vibrating loose that i'm retightening up everytime i pull the dist cap and fudge around with the wires?

update: after driving the car to work today. the problem has returned. and is almost as bad as before. i have not started screwing around yet. something vibrating loose that i'm retightening up everytime i pull the dist cap and fudge around with the wires?
