 The number should be correct. it s top fitting at passenger side (for LHD) and bottom fitting at the drivers side which is the same as original. Just the filler cap is at the other side.
You are correct about the tube size. Also the outlet is a bit bigger but Summit sells an adapter hose which fits the rad and the engine. I would be happy to send you a scan of the invoice from Summit with all part numbers.
