Well, I managed to lever the door upward about 3/16". This door doesn't fit very well in the hole and I suspect the fenders were removed for the previous Earl Scheib paint job.

The outer handle is jammed and it must be opened from the inside. I need to remove the handle and lock for paint anyway so maybe I can figure out the problem. I blame it on the DPO!
