Canton has Remote Filter Adapters.... I believe the OEM Lube Oil Filter thread is 3/4 x 16 but check...they also have the remote mounting plate. What's nice about their adapter is that the inlet/outlet ports rotate 360>. http://www.cantonracingproducts.com
