Most likely you have an oil leak from the exhaust cam cover. Oil drips down on the exhaust header, and starts to smoke when it heats up. The cure is a set of rubber gaskets from the JHPS store. As far as the Webers go; The picture shows a set of Dell'Ortos... If the jetting is correct, it is simply a matter of balancing and idle mixture adjustment.
